Cryptographic Shield

Advanced AES-256 encryption protects your data at rest. Every private key is encrypted with a unique, hardware-generated cryptographic key.

Device Setup Guide

How do I initialize my Trezor device?

Begin by connecting your Trezor to a trusted computer via USB-C. Open the Trezor Wallet app, select 'Start Up', and follow the on-screen prompts to complete your initial configuration.

What is the recovery seed?

The recovery seed is a 12-word sequence generated during setup. It is the only way to restore your wallet if the device is lost or damaged. Store it in a secure, physical location.

How do I set up a new wallet?

After recovery, you can create a new wallet or restore an existing one. Choose your preferred security settings, including your PIN and passphrase, to ensure your assets are protected.

What if I forget my PIN?

If you forget your PIN, you can use your recovery seed to regain access to your wallet. This process is irreversible and requires you to have the seed phrase on hand.

How do I update my firmware?

Updates are performed through the Trezor Wallet app. Simply connect your device to a computer with a stable internet connection and follow the prompts to download and install the latest version.
